Shipping Charges: 

Shipping charges will be added to your cart at check out.  You may follow your order through to that point in order to see what your shipping charges will be before you are asked to pay for your products.  Kentucky Residents will automatically be charged a 6% sales tax on the entire order.  Yes, that includes shipping too, but that's Kentucky Sales Tax Law for you, we don't like it either.

Shipping Products:

We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actually delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (Most cases it averages between 5-10 business days from the day your order is placed to receive your order).  Our customers are pleased with the time frame in receiving their products.  Please see our BACK ORDER POLICY for any items out of stock or discontinued. 

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.
