Time is money, we can save you time and money especially with GAS prices the way they are.  A trip to the mall will cost you more than our shipping.  No hidden handling fees. No traffic. No lines.  No hassel. No fatigue.  Shop with us 365 days of the year, 7 days a week.  (Alaska, Hawaii or RUSH orders please contact us for a special quote).  Please remember during any Holiday Season, your order may need extra time and we want you to have your product on time, every time.

Return Policy 

If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your products less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions at returns@expertwatersports.com. If the box containing your products "APPEARS TO BE DAMAGED" in SHIPMENT, please CONTACT US IMMEDIATLY, WITH IN 48 hours. DO NOT open the damaged box. We will contact the shipper to have your box picked up and a new order for your products will be placed immediately to ship out. Returns on open items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to you in the method you paid for your products, minus any shipping or freight charges, handling and taxes. Exclusions are obvious normal wear and tear or abuse of the watersports product by various hazards.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if that is the case.

Backorder Policy

Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks. We will contact you immediately if items are back ordered. There are different steps outlined below that are available to you to choose from once we have contacted you.

1.   You will have the opportunity to decide if you want the entire order shipped when the back ordered product is in stock.
2.   You can have us ship what is in stock and send the back ordered product to you when it arrives at our warehouse.
3.   You can cancel that item and have the rest of the items sent. Your payment for that item will be credited immediately in the same method you paid us.
4.   You will receive a confirmation on the entire status of the situation you have chosen.
5.   You will be notified immediately if any item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. Your payment for that item will be credited immediately in the same method you paid us.

Damaged Goods Policy

If for any reason the item(s) are damaged that you receive, we will replace them within the first week of your receiving them. Please contact us as soon as you find any defect for a return label and we will replace it immediately.
