What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND PAYPAL through PayPal as payment options.  NO, you do not have to have a PAYPAL account, period!!!  We have found that Paypal is safe, secure and FASTER than most credit card processors; the best part is most of our customers really love it, because they get their orders processed faster.

Be assured that no matter the customer, there will be no restrictions on receiving payment. All options are available. If you want to pay by check or money order that is fine, just remember, that your order will be delayed until we receive your payment and that payment has been processed. Please contact us if you have any other questions regarding payment. 

When I go to check out and pay for my products, it looks like a paypal account with a different address? 

The address KJKAT@qx.net is our personal secure PAYPAL account.  The address is simply my initials of my first and middle name and part of my first name.  Use any credit card you like, just fill in the information and follow the directions, or if you have a paypal account then you have that choice as well.  You will be redirected back to our store to complete your transactions.  YOU DO NOT have to have a paypal account to pay for your products you purchase from Expert Watersports, but you will get your products FASTER by using our secure PayPal account.  Please feel free to email or call us TOLL FREE if you have any questions concerning this issue.  We strive to keep our customers happy.  You are why we are here.

Will any of my personal or banking information be retained by you, paypal or seen by a third party? 

NO!!!  None of your personal or banking information will be retained by us, Paypal or a third party. The PAYPAL account will have KJKAT@qx.net, which are my initials of my first and middle name and part of my first name Kathy. It is safe and secure, you have our word.  ***Look for the https and the security lock on the green address bar.***

Do you offer a warranty on your watersports products and accessories?

YES!!! There is a comprehensive 30-day money back warranty on all of your watersports products and accessories you purchase. This ensures that when you receive your shipment in the mail that you can check for defects, colors, and anything else. It also allows you the peace of mind that you have found the right watersports store on the internet.

What if my box is damaged when it is delivered to my address?

Contact us IMMEDIATELY. If you think the products you purchased from Expertwatersports.com were damaged in shipment, please, DON'T open the box. If you open the box, you will have to pay for return shipping. When you contact us about this, we will send a return label for your item to be returned with instructions on how return your watersports product. In most cases your order will be reshipped immediately, once we have received notice from you and the return label is in process.

How do you ship, where and how much does it cost?

We normally ship all in stock items within 24 to 48 hours from the time your order is received. You will receive an order confirmation number that your order has been received, when it is updated and when it actually ships out of our warehouse. Orders are usually shipped via UPS ground and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone or postal zip code to the 48 contiguous United States. Addresses in Hawaii and Alaska please contact us for times, rates and expectations. (In most cases you should receive your order at an average of 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed and most of our customers are pleased with our delivery times).  Any item that is "out of stock" will be back ordered and you will be notified immediately to decide how you want us to process that order. Usually our customers will have the item shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse. At this time we only ship in the United States. The cost varies depending on the weight of the watersports product and what zip code we will be shipping to. You can find that on the check out page, before your order is completely processed.

If I find a product on another site that is less than the same one you are offering, will you match the price?

We will do our best to price match.  Contact us at
pricematch@expertwatersports.com with the site, the product and the price, before you purchase your product. We will need that information to verify their information and any hidden costs that you may not know about from that site. We will get back with you within 48 hours. Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday 10am to 5pm EST.  Toll free hours are 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, if we don't answer, please leave a message.  But, if you find yourself in this situation on Friday night, then Monday will be the soonest we would be able to get back with you.
